Samsung A887 Solstice presents a user-friendly interface which is easy to use. Additionally, it presents incredible useful multimedia features. However, even the photo quality is good and the device offers touch screen features, its performances are far from being the best ones. The QWERTY keyboard and dial pad are identical to the ones utilized in previous models. The dial pad presents alphanumeric large numbers and requires T9 predictive text for SMS. The phone also provides the possibility of choosing the cover color, while the back remains black. We cannot call it a stylish device as it is situated among average phone models. Additionally, Samsung A887 Solstice does not provide instant messaging features and its memory card slot is uncomfortable placed, behind the battery. The video, call quality and browser speed do not ensure a high performance either.
