This year, manufacturers have really pushed 3D technology. We’ve seen 3D TVs that require rather expensive 3D glasses, we’ve seen 3D game consoles and the technology has also moved into the laptop front.
The latest option comes by way of Toshiba whose new 3D notebook offering is the Dynabook, Satellite AXW/90MW. Adding to their 3D lineup that already includes the Satellite A665 3D edition, the AXW/90MW will include a 15.6-inch display screen with 1366×768 pixel resolution and 3D vision technology. The unit packs a 1.73GHz 740QM Intel Core i7 CPU and ships with 4GB RAM, 640GB hard disk drive, GeForce GTS 350M video card and a Blu-ray burner. It will run on Microsoft’s Windows 7 Home Premium.
The $2,800 Toshiba Satellite AXW/90MW will require 3D active shutter glasses.
