Sony has released a pair of attention grabbing notebooks in the 14-inch VAIO EA and the 17.3-inch EC series. The notebooks are available in a florescent green, blue and pink and for the more conservative in the audience, the laptops can also be had in black, brown or a matte white.
The base price on the notebooks will run about $700 which will include a Core i3 350 processor, 4GB RAM, 320 HDD and Microsoft’s Windows 7 Home Premium OS. Additionally, users can also elect to go for a separate Blu-ray option. The laptops will also come with Sony’s proprietary instant-on operating system which can be launched by pressing the web button positioned above the keyboard.
Lastly, Sony has also released a series of $25 keyboard skins that will keep your new purchase free from crumbs. Both models can be pre-ordered today, but shipping will not commence until July.
