Versace is getting into the high end mobile phone business announcing their very first luxury phone in the Versace Unique. The handset will be offered globally through exclusive boutiques as well as other retailers that carry fine jewelery and watches.
The handset has a quality finish to it and is designed out of ceramic or handmade lacquers that is then housed within 18K yellow gold or a 316L grade stainless steel inlay. The device will include a sapphire crystal screen.
Putting aside its exterior, the Versace Unique will run on internal software applications that have been developed by LG and will include a 5MP digital camera, an LED flash as well as Dolby Mobile surround sound.
The phone will be available next month, we’re just waiting on pricing at this time. For other luxury handsets, be sure to check out the Nokia N97 Mini Gold Edition or the Nokia Supreme.
