RunCore has announced its latest SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) models of SSD, known RunCore Kylin series II SAS SSD. Kylin RunCore II SAS SSD family offers speeds up to 270 MB / s read and up to 260 MB / s write.DSS RunCore Kylin II SAS is available in 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch form factors, and comes with range of 50 GB to 400 GB of capacity. This disc is one of the players focused on the enterprise solid state, which apparently place of performance and reliability.
It is used SLC (single level cell) or MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash memory chips. Kylin RunCore SAS II SSD is equipped with 64 MB internal cache, an MTBF of over 1 million hours, and a controller SandForce. There is no word on price or release date.
