Western Digital release a new hard drive for laptop called Scorpion Blue WD7500BPVT with 2.5-inch form factor. The capacity is 750GB which is the highest on this form factor.
WD Scorpion Blue 750GB has 2-platter 9.5mm high HDD with SATA 3GB/s interface, 5400rpm spin rate, and 8MB of cache. Also it’s include Advanced Format Technology to enable such a large drive capacity.
