Lighthouse SQ7 dedicates itself to allowing you to access Facebook and Twitter and has labeled itself as a  Social Media Tablet. It comes equipped with a 7″ screen with a 800 x 600 display, built in WiFi  and is powered by a Samsung ARM S3C6410 667MHz processor with 128mb RAM.

Its main user impute device is strangely a voice recorder which relies on voice recognition. It also has 1GB of internal storage and is powered by a 4,500 mAH rechargeable battery which should provide upto 5hrs continual use.

The  Lighthouse SQ7 will be available on October 7th for $249.

Designed by Alexandros Stasinopoulos this has to be one of the most original watch concepts out there. Shame it is still only a concept at the moment.

We have heard a few rumors recently on a possible tablet from Microsoft [MSFT], it looks like our friends over at Gizmodo have scored the exclusive on Microsoft’s new tablet PC, the Microsoft Courier.

According to Gizmodo the Microsoft Courier is in the ‘late prototype’ stages, and rather than being a tablet with a single screen it is a booklet style PC with dual 7 inch screens.

Asus have just released an upgrade of the Skype video phone the Asus SV1T. I’ve used one of first generation for nearly a year and a touchscreen was very much needed as you always find yourself trying to navigate via this anyway.

The five models in the range are the LG Widebook R560/R580, R460/R480 and the LG Widebook R380, and the come in a range of sizes, with the R560 and R580 featuring a 15.6 inch display, whilst the R460 and R480 feature a 14 inch display, and the R380 comes with a 13.3 inch display.
