Designed to meet the needs of home-based small businesses, Canon has spruced up its two new all-in-one office printers, which are dubbed as the PIXMA MX860 and PIXMA MX330. Each printer, the company claims, is capable of scanning, faxing, photocopying and yes printing documents. The higher-level MX860 consists of an automatic duplexing, which is claimed to be capable enough of copying, scanning and printing on both sides of a page on a single run-through. At the time of copying, the printer also boasts of scanning and printing to lessen the time to finish a project.

The MX860 is also fixed with a Wi-Fi connection alongside an Ethernet port to Canon’s PIXMA Office AIO printers to enable it to make access to home networks and be shared by many electronics devices or computers. Users can edge with the MX860 with the use of a 2.5-inch color LCD. The scanner comes with an optical resolution of 2400 dpi. The PIXMA MX330 comes built-in with a 1.8-inch color interface screen, which brags of an utmost color resolution of 4800×2400 dpi, while its scanner is capable of offering an utmost 1200 dpi resolution.

The users can use either printer to transfer digital scans in either PDF or JPEG format to a hooked memory card (MX860 merely) or USB flash drive.

The MX860 comes with fax memory, which is capable of storing around 250 incoming pages, whereas the MX330 brags of saving 50 pages. A security attribute demand a fax number two times, and if the two aren’t equal, the fax isn’t sent.

Besides, the MX330 features Auto Photo Fix feature for printing photos. The feature can optimize quality hinging on the kind of paper is being utilized by correcting for red-eye, pretty facial tones and fine-tuning contrast and brightness levels. The MX860 is also capable of producing a color 4×6-inch photo within just 41 secs, whereas same feat is done within just 45 seconds by the MX330.
