If we are to believe JVC, their new 32 inches LCD monitor is the lightest on the market at the moment. It seems that it just weighs 5 kg and will look really good on your ceiling installation. The thickness of the display is around 7 mm and 1080p resolution combined with LED backlighting should be impressive. To make everything even better, it seems that around 50% less materials than in the current display designs are used. Although we do not know if these reports are true, all we have to do is weight and hope. It should be impressive though if JVC actually managed this.
