The UX50, powered by Palm OS 5, is portable, user-friendly and robust! Built-in with both 802.11b WiFi & Bluetooth, the UX50 claims to offer you two ways of wireless communication for utmost flexibility. In addition, the UX50 also allows you to check e-mail, access the Internet or HotSync with a computer on the network wirelessly; you just have to get connected to a wireless LAN network using 802.11b WiFi. By connecting the UX50 with other Bluetooth-based devices, you are allowed to transfer data between CLIE handhelds, HotSync with a PC, or get connected to the Internet via mobile phone.

The UX50 also comes with integrated digital camera with 3x digital zoom that touts to offer 310K effectual pixel resolution. The integrated 310, 000 pixel digital camera backs up to VGA (640×480) resolution, and is perfect if you want to take quick snapshots and transmit over one of the wireless connections. Apart from, the UX50 also allows you to record and play back video (MPEG4, 30 fps, 160×112)!

The new wide-screen design sports in a high-resolution 480×320 display, which allows more web pages to be readable, increasing your Internet experience.
